Chanel Coco Rouge Lipstick & Shine Review!

It's no secret I am beauty product/makeup obsessed - I had been hearing amazing things about the Chanel Coco Rouge lipstick line. Since I already own 2 YSL Rouge Volupte's in fun colors - I wanted to go with some everyday shades. I decided to pick up both a lipstick & a shine! I picked the Coco Rouge Lipstick in #40 - Charme - it is a gorgeous wearable darker pink shade - perfect for every day! I was also intrigued by the Coco Rouge Shine - they remind me of the YSL balms, but they are more pigmented. They are really moisturizing and glossy! I picked up the one in #54 - Boy - it is a beautiful mauvey nude - the pictures do not do it justice - I am sure these will be included in my February Favorites video!

The packaging on these lipsticks is obviously the classic Chanel lipstick packaging - makes me happy :) The shine comes in a thinner tube.

Truth be told - I prefer the lipstick over the shine. The lipstick is luxurious & has serious staying power. The shine is gorgeous too, but like any other balm/shine - it does not last SUPER long. It is very comparable to a few of my favorite Revlon lip butters! If you are looking for a really nice lipstick - I highly recommend the Coco Rouge lipstick - they have the prettiest shades too ((aka I want more))
