Hey everyone! I am very slowly but surely recovering from the WORST stomach flu of my life! It was absolutely horrendous - I will spare the details for obvious reasons but I am still not 100% better but getting there. Sustaining on a diet of jello, crackers and gatorade isn't really that fun :( But I wanted to share my weekend pictures! I actually had a really good weekend apart from getting sick!
My mom and my godmother from ATL were in town this weekend so on Friday night, they relaxed while I cooked for them! I made my special salad and some whole wheat pasta with veggies - turned out really yum! Saturday, we went to go have lunch and shop a little!

Saturday night, we had dinner at one of Charlotte's new restaurants - e2 Emeril's Eatery - it was one of the best dinners I have had to date in Charlotte. One of the coolest parts about is that they have no corkage fee - so you can drink your own bottles of wine - saving you money/more money to spend on their delicious food!
I snapped a couple of pics of our dinner (we shared a bunch of appetizers) - my favorite thing was the hamachi crudo with jalapeno - so amazing!
I went out with my friends to our usual spot
Sunday was spent out on the boat at Lake Norman - aka where I caught my bug - my doctor said I probably swallowed some lake water EW! Def never getting in the water ever again!
I cant wait to eat normal food again! Hope you all are having great weeks :)

hahah I love this! I have a very weird obsession with RHONJ - It is the only show that I demand to watch live! haha! Such a small world - I am from Duluth which is like 5 min away from Alpharetta!
