I am on a strict diet and thought I would share this healthy recipe for garlic green beans.

yummy green beans:
- steam green beans first
- in the meantime, heat olive oil in large saucepan and add 2 cloves of minced garlic
- add the steamed green beans to the pan, toss, and once on serving platter add the squeeze of half a lemon.
- Enjoy :)

back to december...

hello friends! I have been majorly lacking in the blog department, but I am not giving up! I spent the holidays back in good old GA and had the most wonderful time with my family and my best friend Jimmy came for christmas - it was overall one of the best christmases ever! And then I got to spend new years with mon and her bf ben in charlotte - so fun! Santa was very good to me... my favorite gift was the LV Neverfull GM in the Damier Ebene Canvas.. haven't used another bag since I got it!

VEGAS BABY!

Hi dolls! I've realized keeping a blog is hard work! I'm on the computer so much at work emailing, making spreadsheets, making letterheads, etc that by the end of the day, the last thing I want to look at when I get back home is the computer :) Also, with my iPad, it's easy to browse the easy sites like FB and twitter without actually getting on my laptop, but I promise to be better!

Monica aka Mon is an AMAZING friend and all around FANTASTIC person. SO lucky to have her in my life :) Mon's new blog is called shiny little closet - how cute right?
