GMAT is DONE! :)

Had my GMAT exam this morning and it went really well! I actually did better than how I was doing on my practice exams! YAYY. My GMAT score actually opens up a lot of school opportunities but I am still set on my number one choice in NYC. Will hopefully be there next march if all goes well and as planned. I do not start my new job until next month so I have March to get organized, pack and make sure I am ready to move.

Apart from having a really creepy thing happen to me, I spent the week studying and it definitely paid off. Everyone I talk to says that on the day before taking an exam like the GMAT it is important to rest and relax.. and you know what that means for me: SHOPPING! Charlotte seriously has the cutest shops and shopping centers. I had a great time drinking an iced americano from Dean & Deluca and shopping at my favorite Charlotte stores: Kla and Luna. Ended up having so much luck and finding the cutest things.

I really wanted to order the citizen avedon legging jeans from shopbop but was lucky to find them at Luna.. let me just say they are the most COMFORTABLE jeans I have ever had. I wanted to wear them as PJ's last night and I even had to go down a size. yeayyy! seriously recommend them but make sure to go down one size, I wore them today and they already stretched a little.

I also got this awesome huge cutting board at target from Giada DeLaurentis' line

also got some cute things at Kla...

this skirt is so similar to my pink BCBG bandage skirt and it was only $45

also got this Gorjana pendant necklace (bad pic but I am obsessed with it!) & some other jewelry from Luna - they also have a store in ATL but I don't know why I never go there

Also got some cute spring sweaters at Ann Taylor Loft!

I got to see a little bit of the Oscars this Sunday... was kind of let down with all of the outfit choices. My two favorites were Rachel McAdams (in Elie Saab Haute Couture) and Cameron Diaz (in Oscar de la Renta). Both were gorgeous and elegant.

have a great week everyone!
