A yummy healthy snack video!

Hi Guys! I am going to start sharing more healthy food recipes on my blog. Here is a VERY SIMPLE AND FAST snack that I like to make



Ingredientses (I purposely spelled it that way - RHONJ anyone?)
- Non fat greek yogurt
- cinnamon powder (you can also use splenda or truvia)
- blueberries (any berries really work in this - i like strawberries and raspberries too but I just happened to have blueberries)
- sometimes I added some kashi granola as well

You should def try it, yummy snack high in protein! :)
