Happy Monday everyone! There is something about beautiful spring mornings that make getting up and facing the office just a LITTLE bit easier. Weather is just absolutely gorgeous here. I hope you all had a great weekend! I spent mine in Atlanta celebrating my cousin's birthday and had a great time. In other news - Vegas is in 22 days and I am freaking out!!! That means I have 22 more workouts (hopefully) before then and 22 days of NO DRINKING. Can I do it? YES I CAN!

thanks hun! ugh it is just needed for me, my body relies so much on cardio its not even funny, I blow up even if I miss it for a week. Ah you should try to go to one, its so fun!
