July 4th & Disney World Re-cap!

Hi everyone! I am back from my little hiatus. I took a day and a half off of work to go to Disney World with my family for July 4th weekend. I had an amazing time with them and had so much fun in Orlando! I had a really chill July 4th - I did some shopping for Disney and then I just relaxed and packed!

 We got to Orlando around 2 PM on Friday and we went straight to Epcot. We ended the night at the Magic Kingdom since it was open till 1 AM. I loved the new Fantasy Land section - it is not 100% completed, but the new castles are so pretty! 

Saturday we went to Universal and did Islands of Adventures as well! It was my second time at Harry Potter and I loved it! It is a MUST for HP fans!

Sunday, we did MGM and Magic Kingdom again. It was so much fun & we rode everything we wanted to! We tried out Be Our Guest & honestly - I don't think it is worth the hype. The food at Cinderella's Castle is MUCH better. The restaurant is gorgeous though and I am glad we were able to experience it.

We came home early yesterday morning & went straight to work which was painful but so worth it! I have a very exciting week coming up - my birthday is on Saturday and I have friends and family coming into town to celebrate with me. I am so excited! Have a great week everyone! :)

Weekend Recap!

Welcome to the most boring weekend recap ever! I did virtually nothing over the weekend which is exactly what I wanted to do. I am dying of excitement that we go to Disney this week & even happier that it is a three day work week! WOO HOO! 

Friday night, I went to Luciano's with my family and grandparents!

Sunday, I barely did anything but lay out with my friend Heather and eat chipotle - so productive. NOT! I hope you all have a great week!

WELCOME to Friday and the end of the longest week on earth! NO IDEA why this work week dragged by, but I am super excited & happy that it is finally Friday! 

I have virtually no weekend plans - I want to take it easy since next Friday - my sister and I are off to ORLANDO, FL to meet up with my family & go to DISNEY! We are a huge disney family and we go once per year. I am so freaking EXCITED! I will definitely be instagramming up a storm so make sure you are following me to keep up with my Disney World shenanigans! Pamelaisanchez

Yesterday, I got to try a restaurant I have been dying to try for a while - Fern. It is a vegetarian restaurant. and it was delicious!! Definitely try it if you are ever in the charlotte area. I am craving the quinoa salad already!

In the meantime, I am trying with all my might to resist the amazing Zara sale that is going on right now. Let's be real here - I won't be resisting it - I am just editing my shopping cart. Zara is my absolute favorite store and there is not one in Charlotte - SO happy they have an online store! I will definitely be sharing what I order.

I had not sat down to film in SO long, so I decided to film a quick haul last night after I got back from the mall where I picked up some yummy goodies for my home and of course myself! :) 

I had resisted the B&BW candles for too long, and my new apartment definitely called for new candles!
