Hello lovely ladies! I feel like I have been such a horrible blogger lately - I recently took on a more prominent position at work and I am literally working non-stop all day (aka no down-time to blog! haha!). I have so many things I want to blog about and share, so I will try to blog at night from now on and dedicate some more blog time :) I still haven't had time to film my June Favorites video but I am planning on doing that after work tomorrow so stay tuned- I have some really great skincare and makeup favorites! As well as some fashion faves.
Also - I want to share my journey with Crossfit! I started last week and am seriously addicted. It is PRETTY intense. I would not recommend it for those who do not work out on the regular but for those of you who are looking for a challenge and want a change in your workout routine - try this! I will keep you all updated on my progress! :) What I love the most is how friendly everyone is - today was the first day I worked out with the 6:30 class and literally everyone was telling me how good of a job I was doing for my first week. I am also SUPER excited this week because 4 of my lovely best friends plus my 2 sisters are coming into town for my birthday! I am looking forward to a great birthday weekend filled with laughter, champagne, and birthday cake vodka. :) You KNOW there will be plenty a picture after this weekend! And maybe some actual camera pictures and NOT just instagram pics (embarassed...) - these are currently chilling in my fridge in anticipation!
Anyways - I had a really AMAZING weekend home in Atlanta - my sister Natalie had her official big graduation party with all our family and friends - I have been traveling so much and it is not stopping anytime soon. I had just been home last weekend and wasn't in the mood for the 3+ hour drive. Luckily - I found a super cheap ticket to fly home - plus I got to read my book and have some wine! Not to mention the flight was only 45 minutes! (#thatawkwardmoment when my dad liked this picture on instagram...)
Saturday was kind of a primping day for me - I got a Keratin treatment with my mom's hair stylist and he did a variation of it on me with a blow dryer (not a flat iron) b/c I did not want my hair would turn out too flat - I am literally obsessed with the results - I am sitting here with virtually no frizz on my just washed hair!! :) I also got a MUCH NEEDED trim - bye bye split ends. (Stay tuned for a healthy hair haul vlog coming up soon with some new products I ordered! - then it was party time!
